In particular, we extend our special thanks to Expert Nguyen Manh Hieu. His dedication goes beyond the recent opening of the Australian market; he has been a steadfast companion of our Cooperative from the early days of conquering the US market, followed by our expansion into the EU. With his extensive experience, he directly guided and trained over 20 core members of our staff on "Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the packing house, cold chain, and export pomelo transportation."
Thanks to this practical knowledge and these transferred skills, our personnel have profoundly transformed, operating professionally and comprehensively standardizing our preservation and packaging processes. This has significantly empowered the Cooperative to confidently meet the most rigorous international standards, unlocking opportunities for the sustainable development of Vietnamese agricultural products.
